What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the type of enquiry and your message.
To protect the form from spam we also use your IP address. It is used to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the work or training if you go ahead. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running and protecting our business. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing without your agreement.
Spam protection
Our form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that enquiries come from a person rather than a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how it handles that information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Who can see your details
Your enquiry is stored securely on our website and emailed to us so that nothing gets lost. The companies that help us run this, such as our website host, our email provider and Mako Digital, who built and look after this website, may process it on our behalf and only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the website are deleted automatically from the website after 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the work, such as quotes, reports, training records and invoices, for as long as the law and our accreditation bodies require.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The spam check described above may store small pieces of information in your browser that it needs to work. Our fonts are hosted on this website. Icons are loaded from Font Awesome, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page, are covered by those websites’ own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it.
